This Privacy Policy explains how ArtInsight LLC (“ArtInsight”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 15 Tumanyan Street, Yerevan 0002, Republic of Armenia, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website artinsight.org (the “Site”). ArtInsight operates as an intermediary connecting artists with buyers and partners; we do not sell artworks as the original owner but facilitate transactions between artists and buyers.

By using the Site or submitting any form, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data primarily when you choose to provide it, mainly by filling out a form on the Site:

• Contact & inquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
• Rental inquiries: your name, contact details, and information about the space or work you are interested in.
• Artist applications: your name, contact details, and information about your artworks, including titles, dimensions, medium, year, pricing, descriptions, and images you upload.
• Purchases: billing and delivery details necessary to complete a transaction. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Account data (if you create an account): username, email, and order history.
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data via cookies and similar technologies.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive personal data.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your inquiries, requests, and leads submitted through our forms.
• To facilitate and process sales and rentals of artworks between artists and buyers.
• To review and manage artist applications.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
• To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
• With your consent, to send you marketing communications and newsletters. We do not currently operate a newsletter; if we introduce one in the future, you will be able to subscribe voluntarily and unsubscribe at any time.
